Those SSDI recipients who did not qualify for the Social Security payment on March 3, 2025, may qualify for one of the three upcoming paydays. The good news is the fact that March 12 will be the next payday for eligible recipients.

To qualify for the March 12 payment, you must have been born from the 1st to the 10th. Although this may be your next SSDI payday, it could also be the payment date for some eligible retirees or survivors. Keep in mind that you must have started on benefits after April 30, 1997.

SSDI payment amounts on March 12

If you are on Social Security Disability Insurance and you had an average wage, you may qualify for an average payment of $1,580. Those who worked for just a few years and had a low wage may get a much lower payment.

On the contrary, if you were a high earner for at least 35 years, you may qualify for the maximum SSDI benefit in 2025. According to the Social Security Administration, Disability Insurance payments can be up to $4,018.

Do not forget that a spouse and your children may also qualify for SSDI payments. A spouse of a worker with a disability can get about $431 and a child about $510.

SSDI payments on March 19 & 26

If you were born from the 11th to the 20th, then, your next payday will be on March 19. Those born later in the month, from the 21st to the 31st, will collect their disability insurance on March 26.

The maximum and average payment amounts are the same as the March 12 payment date. Those Social Security Disability Insurance recipients who began getting benefits before May 1997 have a different payday.

They will receive their next SSDI payment on April 3, 2025. If you are an eligible recipient of both Supplemental Security Income and SSDI, April 3, 2025 will also be your next payday for this Social Security payment.
