The Administration has confirmed that there will be 3 more payment dates for the SSDI program. These disability benefits bring 4 different paydays every month. To receive any of the February checks or direct deposits, you must have filed, received approval, and met the requirements for each payday.

Having a qualifying disability is a must. Those workers with a disability who overcome it must report any health improvement to the Agency. Then, SSA will decide if you continue being eligible or not.

2nd round of SSDI payments in February

The Agency’s payment schedule confirms that there will be a new payday on February 12, 2025. Therefore, there will be a new check or direct deposit issued in 9 days.

As a matter of fact, it will be the first round of Wednesday payments. While the payment on the 3rd was for those on SSI and Disability Insurance and for those on benefits before May 1997, February 12 will be your payday if you were born from the 1st to the 10th.

If you received SSDI payments on February 3, you are not entitled to any of the 3 upcoming payments in the United States for Disability Insurance recipients.

3rd and 4th round of SSDI payment

Finally, there will be a Disability Insurance payment on February 19 and another one on February 26. These paydays also require having your birthday on specific days.

For instance, if you were born from the 11th to the 20th, your SSDI payment will be in your bank account on February 19. February 26 will be when you get money from the agency if your birth date is from the 21st to the 31st. When it comes to payment amounts, SSDI recipients can get up to $4,018. Even if it is the maximum amount, few recipients qualify.

Bear in mind that to achieve it you must have worked for 35 years and earned the taxable maximum all those years. That is really difficult if you have a disability because it may appear when you are in your 20s or 30s. On average, Disability Insurance payments are about $1,580.
