March’s payment schedule for SSDI brings 4 new paydays. In fact, they will fall on the same days of the month as in February. Social Security revealed that there will be a total of 4 different paydays for Disability Insurance.

While some SSDI recipients get Social Security payments for the date they started getting their disability benefits, others get it depending on their birthday. Check payday eligibility and the way to get $4,018 in March 2025.

How to get an SSDI check of $4,018 in 2025

Bear in mind that the requirements to get $4,018 are extremely difficult to achieve. On the one hand, you must have worked for at least 35 years. That is not possible when you have a disability that prevents you from working sooner than expected.

If your job is not covered by SSA, you are not paying payroll taxes. Therefore, you will not be entitled to SSDI benefits. So, make sure the job you have is covered by Social Security.

What is more, this large check or direct deposit will only be for those SSDI recipients who are high earners. In fact, you must have earned the contribution and benefit base for 35 years. It is also known as the taxable maximum. The age you file also matters. Thus, filing when SSA requires is not always possible due to a disability.

SSDI and payday eligibility in March

The Social Security Administration will issue the first Disability Insurance payment on March 3. One way to get it is to be a Supplemental Security Income recipient who gets SSDI payments too.

However, there is another possible way. As a matter of fact, you could receive it if you began collecting Disability Insurance before May 1997. After the SSDI payment on the 3rd, there will be three rounds of Wednesday payments:

  • Disability Insurance due on March 12: birth date from 1-10
  • Disability Insurance due on March 19: birth date from 11-20
  • Disability Insurance due on March 26: birth date from 21-31
