While some retirees received their check or <strong>direct deposit<\/strong> on March 3, others will not get theirs until March 26, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Just a few days before the<strong> April 3 payment<\/strong> is delivered for those on benefits before May 1997 and those on <strong>SSI<\/strong> simultaneously. Check if you qualify for up to $5,108 on the 26th.<\/p>\n<h2>Social Security checks your birth date<\/h2>\n<p>The day when you were born is what ultimately determines whether you qualify or not for the<strong> March 26 payment<\/strong> for retirees. For example, if you were born before the 21st, you are not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>However, if you were born after the 20th, you will receive<strong> Social Security on March 26<\/strong>, 2026. This is always as long as you did not receive the March 3 payment, you are not on SSI and you have already received approval from SSI.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not qualify for <strong>Social Security<\/strong> on the 3rd, and your birthday is from 1-10, your payday will be on April 9. Those born from 11-20 will get their <strong>check<\/strong> on April 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Social Security will send direct deposits worth $5,108<\/h2>\n<p>In order to get <strong>$5,108 from Social Security<\/strong> on March 26, 2025, you must have worked really hard. First, you must have worked for 35 years in jobs that paid taxes to the Administration.<\/p>\n<p>If you didn&#8217;t or don&#8217;t pay taxes, you may get a pension instead. These requirements are not enough. In fact, there are two more things SSA takes into account before a retired worker can get <strong>$5,108<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bear in mind that you must have also filed at the age of 70. And you must have achieved earnings equal to the <strong>taxable maximum<\/strong>, or higher for 35 years or more.
