Another factor that may affect early payments is the fact that you are a Supplemental Security Income recipient or not.<\/p>\n<p>Those who have filed for Social Security Disability Insurance after April 30, 1997, do not generally qualify for the first <strong>payment<\/strong> in March. There is an exception though. For example, you can get the first <strong>SSDI<\/strong> payment in March if you are also receiving <strong>Supplemental Security Income<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>First SSDI payment in March 2025<\/h2>\n<p>The first payday for <strong>SSDI<\/strong> recipients will take place on <strong>March 3<\/strong>. This has been confirmed by Social Security on its payment schedule for March 2025. Only 2 groups of recipients can qualify for the payment on the 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>If you started collecting <strong>Social Security Disability Insurance<\/strong> before May 1997, you will get your monthly check or<strong> direct deposit<\/strong> on March 3, 2025. If you did so later, there is still a chance to get it on the 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>For your information, you will also receive the <strong>SSDI payment on the 3rd <\/strong>if you are currently receiving it while you are on SSI benefit payments in the United States.<\/p>\n<h2>Last SSDI payment in March 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Some recipients will receive the last Social Security Disability Insurance payment due on<strong> March 26, 2025<\/strong>. This is because they qualify for a check or<strong> direct deposit<\/strong> but they were born from the 21st to the 31st.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Security<\/strong> arranges the Wednesday payments using the birth date of the <strong>Disability Insurance<\/strong> recipients. The earlier in the month you were born, the sooner your Wednesday payment will arrive.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>average<\/strong>, the Disability Insurance payments for March will be about<strong> $1,580<\/strong>.
