However, they will level out in the coming weeks said the <strong>IRS<\/strong> in<strong> the United States<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>IRS claims tax refunds are 18.6% higher<\/h2>\n<p>So far, as of February 7, 2025, the <strong>average tax refund is worth $2,065<\/strong>, up from $1,741 on the same date. In fact, it is 18.2% higher than in the <strong>2024 Tax Season<\/strong>.\u00a0 In 2024, it was $1,931 by February 9.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that some people do not request <strong>direct deposit<\/strong> yet. Even if they file electronically, they request a paper check instead of a direct deposit.
