It will depend on your work history. Spouses of retired workers who also qualify for Social Security will get about <strong>$930<\/strong> on average.<\/p>\n<h2>Social Security and conditions to get the payment<\/h2>\n<p>Only those retired workers who filed and got approval can get any of the<strong> February retirement benefit payments<\/strong>. The thing is they must have been born from the first to the tenth to receive a check or direct deposit on February 12, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>If you were born on the 11th and up to the 20th, your <strong>Social Security payment<\/strong> will be distributed on February 19, 2025. Remember that to get a larger retirement payment you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>delay retirement until you are 70<\/li>\n<li>work in jobs that pay payroll taxes to SSA<\/li>\n<li>have the largest wage possible for many years<\/li>\n<li>work for 35 years or more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Will there be a Social Security payment after February 19?<\/h2>\n<p>As a matter of fact, the Administration&#8217;s payment schedule states that a new check will be delivered on <strong>February 26, 2026<\/strong>. Thus, if you are on<strong> Social Security<\/strong> and were born from the 21st to the 31st, this will be your payday if you did not qualify for the February 3 payment.<\/p>\n<p>Retirees who do not qualify for these <strong>payments<\/strong> will get a new payment on March 3. The Agency has announced more paydays for March and the paydays will be exactly the same.<\/p>\n<p>So, retirees will get their Wednesday payments on <strong>March 12, March 19, and March 26<\/strong>.
